This template has an adhesive on the opposite side with paper backing which is key to indexing the precise location of multiunit abutments(MUAs). Pressing the dam template onto the MUAs with finger pressure produces a permanent deformation at the location of each MUA. The Colored Silicone Dam is then overlaid on top of the Dam Template and both are perforated using the Dam Good 3 mm Dam Punch. This will produce and excellent fitting Colored Silicone Dam which will save more of your dam time in the finishing stage.
